1. Eligibility for Refunds

*Refunds are only granted for participants who attended the live Zoom Q&A in full.

*Show proof of live Q&A attendance.

*A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided via email.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

*If the participant did not attend the live Q&A, a refund will not be granted.

*If the request is submitted beyond 30 days after purchase.

*If the participant has already accessed or downloaded course materials provided after the live Q&A.

*Refunds will not be granted due to personal scheduling conflicts or changes in availability.

3. How to Request a Refund

*Include the following details: Full Name, Date of Attendance, Registered Email, Reason for Dissatisfaction (specific feedback is required), Preferred refund method (Bank Account / GCash details)

*Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of submission.

4. Refund Processing

*Approved refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer or GCash only.

*Any transaction fees related to the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Alternative Resolutions

*Instead of a refund, participants may opt for credit toward a future masterclass or transfer their slot to another person.

6. Exceptions

*Duplicate payments will be fully refunded (excluding transaction fees).

*If there are disputes regarding refund denials, we will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions.
